Hi administrator,

I bought an ipod 4 weeks ago and it was shipped to me at that time. Last weekend when i tracked, it was almost in Sydney and i thought it was ready to be shipped to Adelaide however it turned back to China which i have no idea?

Can you explain it for me please?

My tracking number is RH310169684CN

1. This is what I found:
2016-05-10 03:07 In Sydney, has been exported

2. My only guest is that your parcel was refuse by your country Customs Office or could not be delivered.

3. May I suggest you call Australian Post to find out what append to your parcel.

i called AU post but it is the same problem, they cannot track it from their system as it has not been entered the carrier from its party.

2. If you can, May I suggest you call Australian Customs Office to ask them if the content of your parcel was illegal or why the parcel was refuse.

2. So It went through China Security and Customs + Security of the airline without being detected. Your parcel should have never pass all those.

2. But I don't know why it was return from Sidney, like I said maybe by Customs Office.
