Hello, I am trying to send a parcel to my daughter, but there seems to be a problem in delivering it...

According to the tracking for this item...

05-Sep-2015 18:39 Unsuccessful delivery 100125 Addressee not available at time of delivery/Will attempt delivery on next working day

06-Sep-2015 11:29 Unsuccessful delivery 100125 Addressee not available at time of delivery/Will attempt delivery on next working day

Where can the addresse go to pick up the parcel, and what identification do they need to provide? I understand that 100125 is Chaoyang, Beijing, China, 100125... but what is the address of the post office they can pick up the parcel?

Also, do you offer a "Poste Restante" Service in Beijing, and if so, to what address or Post Office should mail, or parcels to my daughter should they be sent?

ED005859480AU failed delivery. you should ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

Hello, could you confirm what is the hotline number in Beijing, or dialing it from outside China, including area code?

the phone call be called within china, no need area code. However, I don't think you can call from outside china, they can not speak English either.
