To the Administrator,

With my registered item from china post that i ordered from ebay about two weeks ago, wondering is it normal for the status to have no update from "Departure from Outward office of Exchange"? it has been like this since around the 18th of May. Tracking number is RI987254204CN. And wondering if you can tell me if it has arrived in Australia yet?

status no changing within 2 to 4 weeks are all normal, no need worry.
