Post Confusing tracking on LV542577549CN

Hi there

We're awaiting delivery of the above parcel. It seems to have arrived in NZ then it said 'Airline Departure' and that latest says 'Arrive at the place of destination' but it hasn't been delivered. Can you help please? Many thanks :-)

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LV542577549CN shows the item just arrived in Auckland. It is waiting for NZ import customs clearance. You will get new update once the item is release from customs.
