Hi my tracking number is RF597251095CN. The status shows that it's left the China on the 23rd of march and reached destination country. It's more than a month and I have not received the package!! Where is my package and who should I reach to get it!! Destination country is India. The purchase protection ends in 8 days!!

RF597251095CN should be stuck in India customs. you need wait one or two more weeks.

hello Admin,
My tracking number is RS565530845CN. I track my package, and the result is there is no updates since april 10th (25 days ago). Last status is shipped by air ( april 10th). Have asked to local post office but they said there is no data in system (not yet arrived in my country). Can you help locate my package please? Thank you..

parcel status will not change after it left china. RS565530845CN is ok, no need worry.

Its in CIRENCESTER, UK as of 15/5. U will very likely receive this item pretty soon.
