Can someone please help!!!! I was in China Shanghai recently and packaged a few cameras and DVR harddrives into a box and had the concierge at my hotel send it for me via China post by shipment.

Tracking number is CP298844707CN

I now have the status 'unsuccessful delivery' after 'Import security scan', 'Import custom scan', 'In customs control warehouse' and 'Export security scan'

Firstly WHY?

To the best of my knowledge there are no batteries inside. If for some reason there is some sort of built in battery component would this be a problem when being shipped rather than air anyway?

Secondly WHAT NOW?

There is over US$1000 worth of electronic goods which I now have no idea where it is or where it is going.

Please help!!!

The parcel is in the hand of Australia Post which is the delivery partner of China Post. You should contact Australian Post and pickup the parcel immediately before it is returned to China.
