http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. your seller did not ship goods yet. If you just got the number ,wait one week and track again.

if you have been waiting 12 days and still shows invalid number, it means your seller is a cheater. you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress against fraud shipment.
