Hi! I have several parcels that seem to be taking very long to arrive. I am trying to be patient, but over a month has passed since they appear to have been at the office of outward exchange. The tracking shows that as their last known location on 13/06/2014.

Does anyone have any advice on how to see if they have arrived in Australia and/or their current location. Aus post says "product not trackable"...

All items contain just clothing, no electronics/batteries of any kind.

Only just noticed all three packages have same tracking number... they are from the same supplier, but I didn't think it would have been shipped as one big parcel... any thoughts? Has anyone seen this before? Thinking a refund claim should be started about now...

My guess is delays. A trend for various parcels coming to Australia is they are all stuck on that. It doesn't always mean its stuck, your best bet is to wait until the last possible time to dispute.

I have been trying to be patient, but getting more suspicious daily... I've still got plenty of time to dispute and have already contacted customer service where I ordered and they offer escrow, so I'm not super concerned. Just restless ๐Ÿ˜‰

Ah ha... Just got confirmation from Australia Post that this package was already delivered to someone... in a different state! (not an accident) Guess I was scammed ๐Ÿ˜‰ Money is on it's way back to me... lesson learned!! :)
