Hello ChinaPost,

My parcel was sent on the 2/2/2015 from Beijing to Australia.

Parcel number CP303128401CN

The status update says it left Shanghai customs on the 2/2/2015.

It still has not arrived and it has been over 3 months.

Please provide an update on the parcel?

Thanks

CP303128401CN is surface parcel for heavy item. it should go through sea and very very slow. You seller should not use such service. open dispute asap.

Thanks for the reply.

I sent it myself from Beijing when I was living there.

Is it normal for sea packages to take over 3 months to arrive in Australia?

It says:

CP303128401CN Shanghai Transit Station Customs Scan

Does this mean it has left Shanghai customs?

Thanks

It only means the parcel was in Shanghai customs on Feb 6. It might be still in shanghai, might has left shanghai and is on the way to next transit port( Hong Kong or Singapore or Sydney). When parcel arrives a new transit port which has scanning service, it will show new location. The procedure might take a couple of months. So we don't suggest people use surface parcel to ship goods. EMS/ePacket is much faster and reliable and only a little bit more expensive than surface parcel.

Thank you for your reply.

Is there a China Post number I can call to look into/investigate why the package has not left Shanghai?

Australia Post wants to undertake an investigation but they have asked me to call China Post about this?

Thanks
