Tracking No: RA148268743CN says "Customer advised to Pickup Mail". But not mentioning the proper office or phone etc. Just "Emirates Crown Tower, Dubai, U.A.E". What should I do now?

RA148268743CN was sent to airline on Dec 6. Normally it will take another 2 to 4 weeks to arrive UAE. Emirates Post will be delivery agent for China Post in your country.

Using your tracking facility I tracked the shipment in my Country(UAE) and it shows as "Customer advised to Pickup Mail"? Does this mean I personally have to somewhere and collect it or the Delivery team of Emirates Post will deliver it in my address? Please clarify.

As per the eBay delivery estimate, I was supposed to get the item by Dec 6. It is more than a week delay now. And now you are saying it will again 2 to 4 weeks??

Yes, I believe Emirates Post does not deliver the item to your address, you have to pickup the parcel by yourself. please contact your local post office and ask them where to pickup the parcel.
