Post When my parcel will leave Guangzhou?

Dear, China Post.
My tracking number is LP908680431CN.
11th Nov. My parcel was received from shipper at Shenzhen.
2nd Dec. It was handed over to forwarding agent for transit at Guangzhou.
But, It stayed there for about 10 days and returned to Shenzhen.
I emailed the seller to ask why.
13th Dec. Tracking info said it was handed over to forwarding agent at Guangzhou again.
So, here is what I want to ask.

When will my package leave Guangzhou for my destination?
How long will take it get to my place?
Why was my package sent back to Shenzhen?
Should I ask for refund? I am consused. Ease me please.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LP908680431CN shows the parcel was rejected by guangzhou airport safety check point on Dec 11. China Post sent it to Guangzhou airport again on Dec 13. You need wait one week to see next update.
