I would like to ask what carrier in the Philippines did china post sent my package with track no. RI403035340CN.

As I checked my tracking status, and my package as of 01-Apr-2015 07:44 = Arrival Import customs=MNL CMEC AIR.

I would just want to know what carrier so I may call them personally.

China post delivery agent is Philippines Post. you have to contact them to pickup the parcel.
