A company from China send me documents through EMS on 17 dec. I have not received the courier yet. I require these documents very urgently. The shipper said, they are talking to EMS. What can I do in this regard? Why China post is not forwarding documents to Pakistan?

Can you tell me, where is the courier right now? Its been a week, the status is not changed on tracking website of both China and Pakistan EMS. I am bearing huge dam rage charges on daily basis. Please help.

You can't tell where it is, the next scan will be upon arrival in your country. I recommend for time sensitive shipments during the holidays, to use a courier like UPS, Fedex, DHL etc.

Thank you for the response. The courier has FTA Certificate, which I require to submit at custom here. Its already very late, and I am bearing dam rage charges on daily basis. I am asking company to email me a copy of FTA. But they are not cooperating. I have no idea what to do in this case. Can anyone help me with this?
