Your seller is playing game again. If I were you, I would not wasted time to trust his words anymore, just open dispute to paypal and claim refund immediately. If your buyer protection in paypal expires, you can not get your money back.

My two couriers status not updated for almost one week. And one is showing it reached destination country ( India) . Not delivered yet. How long it will take?

Tracking Id are UD176910525CN, UD175890714CN
