Item was shipped on 11th May currently says 'Seller marked shipped, but the post office has not yet processed the parcel' the tracking number is RG668974870CN could you please find out where location of item is or is it currently shipping.

The seller has scammed you so ask him for the real tracking number or fill a dispute.

1. Normally it takes China Post 2 to 5 day to have a tracking number into the system. If after 10 days you can not track your parcel, you should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mailed your parcel. If the answer does not satisfy you, then you can open a dispute to get your money back.

If you made the purchase via AliExpress, then, what you need to do is just click on the "Open Dispute" button. Then you will have to wait for the seller's approval. This should take about 5 days maximum. If the seller accepted the dispute, then, your money will be refunded in 3 - 15 days. If the seller rejected the dispute, then, my advice is to escalate the order to AliExpress case management team. Do not cancel your dispute against the seller because you will lose entitlement for another dispute against the seller.

Please do not click on the "Accept" button if the seller proposed a solution (whatever it may be). This will only mean that your order is complete.

My advice then is for you to file a dispute on the said purchase with the bank that issued your credit card.
