Logistic report states that it has been delivered but I did not received my parcel. Tracking report only showed my post code not my delivery address and was delivered at 00:40 MIDNIGHT!
service Which delivery/courier in this world delivers at midnight????
Their customer service blames Post Malaysia but the tracking number that was provided cannot be located in the Post Malaysia system. I was informed that they don't receive tracking numbers which start with AS.

You must be scammed. The seller sold you an expensive item but shipped a junk to a wrong address in your country. Then he used the tracking result to cheat your credit card bank.

Many users in this forum have reported same fraud.

Please call your credit card company and claim charge back asap.

Was it sheingo shop by any chance as I had the same this morning says delivered but it hasn’t and sheingo shop has changed it’s name again and is now called sheloving.shop both the same web aka shine-clothing, I got a refund in the end but only after refusing 50% 60% 80% refund and stood my ground and got my bank involved. Good luck with a refund whoever it is scamming you
