Hello!
Why my product, is not sending China Post Air Mail cargo.
I purchased the product, May 4.
Today 17 May.
China Post Air Mail cargo, the product still holds.

Note: I bought other product from another seller.
purchased products from Other sellers 10 May, 12 of May gave to cargo.
And they've already came to my country.

But they add seller product, gave it to the cargo on May 10.
But the cargo is still on hold, please find out why?

your seller delayed shipment. the parcel was just mailed on May 14. you might need to wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get it.

Seller gave you tracking number does not necessarily mean he has shipped the goods. Tracking number label stickers can be purchased in roll from any china post office with very cheap price. Tracking number is NOT valid until the parcel was sent to post office and scanned by China Post clerk.

I should recive a package from China to Ukraine. But it was returned back to China, Nanjing office of exchange. How can I know how to deliver it? Track nomber is RK180595048CN.

you can not know if it was delivered to sender or not. China Post does not release such information to public.
