Post Returned item send back to China processed very slow

I bought the 2nd hand computer motherboard from AliExpress but it's dead on arrival. So I open dispute to returned item and seller already accepted returning.

But when I ship the item back from Thailand to China, It take more than 2 week since it departed Thailand for China Post to get the item and another week for custom clearing and it isn't ship anywhere from that for almost a week. The item have reach the time limit for the seller to receive the item back and that in turn make me can't get refund. I don't know where the item is now and I can't contact China Post call center for help as I can't speak Chinese and they don't have English contact menu and operator in their call center.

So, what can I do now? And I'd like to know if any international shipment to China are always this delayed these days or not? Who could be responsible for my case? And where's my item now?

CP071979325TH is in Shenzhen customs. Seller did not make customs clearance(it seems he don't want to accept goods and give you refund).

Please ask seller to call china post hotline 11185 and make customs clearance. This is an easy job for him.

If seller gives you any excuse and not to get the goods from China Post, then please escalate the dispute to aliexpress. In most cases (especially when selller was complained by other buyers), you will get your money easily.

He has already escalated the dispute, saying he didn't receive the item. And I just replied I don't know where the item is as I have no way to contact China Post so if it arrive to him later then please contact me back. I replied this before I post this entry.
