Hi, Since 9 days the seller give me this tracking number RC593331283CN, i didn't have any information of the item by tracking. Can i open a dispute now?

Hi, When i try to track one my item, that is the response i have:

RC593331283CN is invalid Number! China Post has not received this parcel.
Make sure you get correct tracking number and your shipper has really shipped the parcel, then track again! .
I receive this tracking number since 5 days. So is it a fake trackinp number?
