Hi, i tracked my parcel but it was showing Unsuccessful Delivery on 16.12.2013, but there was no one ever contacted me on that day. Could you please let me know where can i collect my item myself?

You should contact Malaysia Post who is the local delivery agent for China Post and try to pickup the parcel by yourself.
