Whenever I track my parcel having tracking number-RB478069829CN
it shows the above,for the past one month almost it is the same
When will I get my parcel?Is it lost?I am worried :(

the parcel seems has problem to pass customs security check. you'd better file a non-receipt dispute asap. check following post:
