Hello,

we sent a package to our supplier on April 14th.

Since June 11, it has been stuck in the above status.

Since our supplier unfortunately has problems opening the tracking page, I am writing here.

CY294354549DE have a customs duty. The receiver must pay this customs duty. If not pay, the package will be send to sender.

And what is now meant by "Item returned from Customs (import)" and "Item out of sorting centre"?

CY294354549DE just arrived Ningbo post sorting center. It will be delivered very soon. Please ask receiver call 11185 for more delivery schedule info.
