Does it really take this long for a parcel from China in Customs? It has been tagged in my order status that it had already arrived at Customs by September 8, and there is still no further update on that until now. Please help? Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RG005825279CN shows the item arrived your local Philippines Post on Sep 9. Philippines Post does not make delivery. You need go to local post office pay duty and handling fee and pickup the parcel.
