Hi i need status update on following two shipments

RC398860509CN

RB843010333CN

What does collection and the number indicate? How long can I expect delivery to take?

both parcels were just received by China Post. Collection means received. They are waiting for sorting. Normally you will receive the parcel about 3 to 6 weeks after the collection date.
