Status showing Sent to airline on following item

RI193377965CN Sent to airline on 13-nov
RI193377965CN Sent to airline on 18-nov

The first item still not reached at destination country (Pakistan). usually it takes 4 to 5 days to arrive at Pakistan. Is there any problem. Why there is too much delay?

parcel to Pakistan will take about 3 to 6 weeks to arrive after sent to airline date. you need some patient.
