Help please

My parcel was returned to China from NY because the contact name is incorrect. The status parcel said tha the parcel was delivery in China but the seller said that doesn't found. How I can know the name of the person that received the parcel.

1. You just have to phone the person that deliver the parcel:

2016-12-14 08:11 Shenzhen, Shenzhen Tai Bai express Marketing Department for light scheduled for delivery before 1:00 pm (Messenger name: Liu Guohuang; phone: 075525493880)

2. Please next time provide the tracking number.

3. You could also ask the seller to call China Post EMS 11183 to find out to whom the parcel was deliver. If I'm saying that it's i suspect your parcel is either an E Packet or China Post Express parcel.

4 Maybe seller also does not want to reimburse you, so that why he is denying receiving the parcel.

Small Packet First-class Package International Service San Antonio Tx 78216 United States

GBLALA = LANGLEY HWDC Royal Mail

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country UK. Now it's up to Royal Mail to scan the parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Royal Mail site for any nnew movement.
