Dear Support

I sent a package to Venezuela, RI022474025CN nevertheless the person that should receive the package did not work in the address that I used anymore could you please help me with the contact number that I must dial in Venezuela in order to reschedule the delivery?

You can try your luck to contact Venezuela Post(China Post delivery agent in your country) and find if they can help you. but I don't think you can change address after the parcel was shipped.

I bought a item through Amazon, but tracking number no was provided by the seller.
How can I do for to track on my packege.

Also, for error I gave the old shipping addres of Liberty Express.

The New shipping address is :

How can I do for notify this change of direction to ship carrier China Post ?

ou can track your parcel number in http://track-chinapost.com.

If the parcel has been shipped (it will have location info in above page), you can not change anything of the parcel including address, phone number and zipcode etc
