RB300915404CN was sent to airline on Nov 28. Normally you should have received it now. If not, please file a non-receipt dispute to protect your money in case of lost.

hello friends, recently spoke with the seller and he told me, he will fyull refound when the state changes in China post web site,so my question is, is there any way to speed up this process? to gete my money back and buy others stuff.thank you very much for your reply.

actually you no need to talk to seller directly. you should contact paypal or aliexpress to open dispute immediately. after you open the dispute with paypal or aliexpress, then seller are forced to find proof from china post that you have RECEIVED theparcel. if he can not find proof, paypal or aliexpress will refund you money.
