My package RI090140936CN is stuck in Export Customs Scan since September 14th.

NO batteries or Liquids

is it normal? Should I wait? What can I do?

shipping to Colombia is slow because of limited airlines and transit route. you should wait at least another 2 weeks. if your buyer protection date is expiring, you can open a dispute before deadline date.

Ok. I Will Wait. although my other package RJ182161075CN that was buyed in the same date was already sent to an airline in September 25th.
