Hi guys, can you help me with the order number: RI037613341CN

The tracking says the order arrived in curitiba, brazil on october 17th, but a strange update in november 30th is saying the order was "sent to airline" in guangzhou...

Is it a mistake by china post?

the parcel was returned to Guangzhou by Brazil Post. you can not get the parcel. open dispute and claim refund asap.
