Hello, I need your help with the order RC014255915CN (AliExpress Order Number: 60404411702826), as reported by the seller, was sent on 05/11, but to date, to perform tracking information is not shipping, please need me report if correct, or should I make a claim to the seller.

Hola, necesito su ayuda con el pedido RC014255915CN (AliExpress Order Number: 60404411702826) , pues según informa el vendedor, fue enviado el día 05/11, pero a la fecha al realizar el rastreo no se ve información del envío, por favor necesitaría me informen si es correcto, o debo realizar un reclamo al vendedor.

yes. You need file a non-receipt dispute with aliexpress as soon as possible.
