Hi again. Can you tell me what should I do? My parcel seems to be still in custom warehouse. How can I get my money back? Thanks a lot

Now is still Chinese New Year holiday. You probably need to wait one more week to see the status change. If you are worried about lost, you can open a dispute and claim refund. check here: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435
