Hello, I'd like to know if my packages we're lost or something, because both 2 packages were updated to "Sent to Airline" almost 1 month ago, but the packages haven't arrived yet, the tracking code of both are: RJ102264657CN, RM030719263CN. Please help me.

parcel to peru sometimes needs 40 to 50 days, you need some patient.

I have other packages that have stuck on "Departure from outward office of exchange", 1 month ago too. The tracking code of those are: RI112753221CN and RK038737271CN. Do I have to wait for these too?
