Hi,

Please It has been more than 3 weeks since my parcel RC106494298CN left China by air. I need to know where is it. The store where I bought the items said that the carrier will update each two days about the status of the delivery. It is 3 weeks since the last update. Is there any problem?

Please let me know.

normally it need about 3 to 4 weeks to Ecuador. if next week you still not get it, open a dispute with paypal.

It is posible to contact with your partner courier here in Ecuador? Maybe it will be easier if I contact them from here.

I dont have the parcel yet.
