Hi, I want to know where are my goods and when they are going to get to Chile, my codes are:
RD054605552CN (this was sent to airline on 2014 05 24)
RC370209377CN (this was sent to airline on 2014 05 29)
One more question, once the status says "sent to airline" does it mean that it's already sent to Chile? or are you collecting goods that goes to the same place to send it later?

Sent to airline only means the parcel is in airline's warehouse. Normally parcel will take another 2 to 4 weeks to arrive Chile(it will transit through many airport and countries before it finally arrive Chile).

status not changing within 2 weeks are normal.

RK000994077CN 2014 Export Customs Scan Beijing Chile 20140527 0909 More than 2 weeks as "Export customs scan" it's ok? Those are just small pewter pendants.

your parcel should be ok. sometimes the parcel status does not change even after the parcel arrives your country.
