Hi!
I tracked my package (Number RG003333529CN) and It says that it is in OZ, what does OZ mean?
What is the expected time to my package arrival to Chile? Its already been 30 days.

OZ is a transit airline code. The parcel has not arrived Chile yet. RG003333529CN is an economical class mail which has low priority and slow update.

Once there is any new update about your parcel, we will write a post here.
