Hello, do you know that I placed an order with this serial number LJ001317112CN but it has not arrived, it has been 2 weeks since I ordered it and there is nothing you can help me with, please and I have not received any updates on my order either.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LJ001317112CN is still on the way to Chile. Everything is normal, no need to worry.

We will write a new post here once the parcel arrives in Chile.
