Post Where is my parcel?

Hi to all,

My parcel is stuck in Guangzhou since 03 of Feb.
I can't get any other information about its status.
This is the tracking number : RR444244413IL

Can you please help me to find the reason ?

ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 asap. otherwise the parcel should be returned to Israel.

different branch has different policy. in beijing and shanghai, normally if parcel will be returned in 2 weeks after delivery failure. in some branches, it might take a couple of months.

I hope in Guangzhou is couple of months.
Why China post can't call to the receiver or send to address on the box?
There is any problem with the address?

in china, many builds do not have government authorized address. The residents in such buildings often give some self-made address which help public to find the building, but such self-made address can not be delivery address for China Post.

unfortunately, the address in your label is such kind of self-made address which can not receive parcel from china post.
