Hi everyone, can you help me please?
I had a really bad experience with a seller from Aliexpress and in the end I shipped his item back to China.
I've sent the parcel to China on the 31/12/2014 on a tracked mail service, I can see on the site here that the last line on the tracking is:
Import Security Scan Fuzhou 20150109 0945

I've checked on google maps and saw Fuzhou is only an hour drive from the seller address Putian, now from 09/01/2015 until now the seller says he didn't receive the package what seems weird to me since it's was a month ago but I cannot know for sure.
Do you guys have any idea what can I do? this parcel worth pretty a lot and I don't know how to check what happened to it. The seller says the post office didn't tell him anything about it and claims I sent the parcel to a wrong address (which is a lie since I've just printed the address he sent me on Aliepxress and put in on the box itself so I can't be mistaken there)

The tracking is RR445331082IL by the way. if the seller picked up the parcel is it for sure need to be updated on the tracking status? if not it could be he just picked it up but lying to me he didn't ///

you can contact aliexpress, they should have some solution for you.

Don't ship items back to China, instead open a dispute for item not as described. Most times you will get your money without returning the item.

To my bad, Aliexpress gave me the worst customer service I've ever got and that's why I stopped buying from them after that, they don't give any good buyer protection at all :( Anyway is there a way to contact China post to see where is the package and if the seller took it?
