Hello, We got a conflict, I got this track number from the seller and track it. on the 26.01 I saw it was delivered so I check Israel post office and they told me someone has took it because had the same tracking number. I want to verify with you about the track number above, was it meant for me? my name is KEREN ALONI, Please check and advice.

RC291877921CN is a real number. However, if Israel Post website shows it was delivered to a wrong person other than you. You should contact Israel Post and ask them whom and where the parcel was sent to. I guess the seller gave you another Israel person's tracking number.

My question was: according to your lists, the number RC291877921CN destination was Keren Aloni or not?
I'm not asking you to give me the name just to check if it's mine - Keren Aloni.

This is very important because the women who take this package claim she got the same number from her seller, I'm not believing this so I contact you for verifying this issue, if the package is mine I will contact Israel post office again and give them the information so they can act.

Unfortunately China Post does not record detailed city name and address other than country name. China Post only send the parcels to Israel Post. Then Israel Post should read the recipient information from the address label printed by the shipper in the parcel and then send it to recipient. You can not know what is address printed by shipper in the parcel from China Post database.
