Post Parcel disappeared

I've recently lost track of a parcel I'd sent on Jan 19th.
I was able to track it until not long ago, but now I get no results when looking it up.
The tracking number is RR499980085IL.
I've attached a printscreen of the last time I was able to track it.
Please advise.

RR499980085IL should have some delivery problem in Suzhou. the last location is in 苏州市陆慕邮政支局.

You should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185. If they can not find the parcel, it should have been returned.
