Seeking help,
I sent back a product I bought at aliexprees due to a defective product.
According to the records of the China Posta the package arrived to the post and recorded "Unsuccessful delivery".
What does this mean?
What can I do, who can I contact?

there might be two reasons:
1. the address is wrong, it always happens when the parcel has only English address and NO CHINESE ADDRESS .
2.Recipient refuse the parcel.

You should contact Aliexpress customer service and see how to get your money back in this situation.

I sent to the appropriate address in the address furnished to me by the seller.
The seller just ignores me, does not return an answer.
I went to aliexprees - and they do not help.
What to do?
The money lost?
