Hi,

I sent a package from China to Israel, tracking number: CP275486255CN

It was few month ago and I still did not get my package, it seems to have lost.

Can you please help with the status of this package?

CP275486255CN is surface parcel for heavy item. it will go through sea and very very slow. it is very common to take 4 to 6 months to reach Israel.
