Hello.I have checked the status via chinapost tracking system and there is nothing new.
Is it lost?Can it be that the recipient have already received the package but the system didn't updated this status?
I need to know if I should opem an investigation at my local post office regarding the status of this package.

you can open investigation from your post office, but I believe the time might take over 4 months. here is some other solution:

My parcel has arrived destination country for long time without delivery, why?
