The following 2 packages were shipped via China Post on 27 Apr, 2023:
LV757108397CN
LV757108383CN

There have been no updates to their tracking information since 09 May, 2023 (2 weeks ago).

What is the status of these packages?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows Both items were rejected by airline and returned to shipper on May 9.

If they are online purchase orders, please open dispute to seller or call your credit card bank for refund.

The tracking info does not indicate that these packages have been delivered to the shipper, and the shipper has informed me that they have not received them.

When can these packages be expected to be delivered to the shipper?

Check this link http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LV757108397CN , it clearly shows the parcel was returned to shipper on May 9th in Shenzhen.

Please clarify: Does that mean that the parcel was SENT to the shipper on May 9? Or that the parcel was DELIVERED to the shipper on May 9?
