Hello,
please, i want to get more details about a package sent to me (Israel) from china. The tracking number is LV634059029CN.
The package arrived at a collection point in Israel.
Before I take it, I want to know the type & size of packaging - box, envelope, other. For example, is it epacket package etc'.
Preference - a picture of the packaging, or a receipt with details about the shipment and more.

You can't know the size , weight and any other detail before you pickup the item. You have to go to Israel Post office to pickup the item in person. Why are you afraid to pickup the goods?

Thanks for your answer. I ordered a very large product with home delivery. The seller gave a tracking number, which I wrote in the message. A few days ago I received a sms from Israel Post to collect the product at a collection point. I went there, and was shown a small envelope with my details and a tracking number on it. There is no misidentification. On the envelope it also appears chןna post epacket. I checked and it is a delivery method with defined criteria, which do not match the product I purchased (size, weight, price). I sent the seller pictures of the envelope, and he claims he didn't send an envelope, he insists that he sent the product. Regardless of the change in the place of delivery, Is a tracking number that starts with the letter L, enough to prove that the product at the collection point is not the product I bought?

China Post epacket (which your parcel LV634059029CN belongs to) max weight is 2 kgs. If your order is over 2kgs, obviously you are scammed.

You can call your credit card bank to report fraud.

I bought the product from a seller on Aliexpress. I opened a dispute.
It seems that ali' cooparate with the seller ! They should know better then i that a tracking number begining with the letter L is epacket shipping method, which is not suitable to carry a product weight 19kg, size 120x70x40cm, price more then 400usd. and, of course did not arrive with a courier to my home as agreed with the seller on the chat.

Other,
1. i have a debt to the customs of Israel according the product. How can i show them i did not get the product i bought?
2. i already paid the money by credit card. Is it possible to ask them to return the money? i have not proof

you can open dispute to aliexpress, tell them that the goods is 19kgs by nature, but your seller used an epacket which can not ship weight over 2kgs. Normally aliexpress will grand refund to you if your reason is accepted.

Hello, Pls, can you help with that t.n. CP430095201CN. Is it a package of criteria that can contain a prodduct: weight 19kg, size 120x70x40cm, price more then 400usd? Thanks.
