What does that mean? Beijing Municipality, [Beijing International Tianzhu Processing Center] returned, Remarks: Security inspection returned

And the tracking status after it is: Beijing Municipality, [Beijing International Tianzhu Treatment Center] has been exported directly sealed

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LV408796966CN was rejected by airline safety check point on jan 20. China Post sent it to another airline the same day. Please wait a couple of days and see if it can pass new safety scan.
