Hey I've never had my packages stuck on the Beijing Departure. Why's it stuck there?

LV341955924CN was sent from beijing to Zhengzhou airport on Nov 20. It is still waiting for transit flight to Europe then to Israel. Everything looks normal, nothing needs to be worried.
