LS940534042CN - Ordered 6/5/2016, already got refund but this never showed movement since the beginning. Did this ever ship out?

LT174401278CN - Ordered 9/12/2016 - says they ship from the US, but this is a tracking number coming out of China. No movement shown on any tracking website.

Can anyone help with tracking on these?

1. Both tracking number are valid tracking number. For parcel LS940534042CN not tracking is available so parcel was never mail through the China Post system.

2. For parcel LT174401278CN , no tracking is available yet, sometimes you need to wait up to 10 days before the tracking number register into the China Post system. If after 10 days you still can not track the parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel. This parcel is not coming from USA but it's coming from China.
