Hi there,

Can you please tell me what’s happening with my package?
LZ347004309CN.

It says it was “collected” 17.5.2018. Can you please explain if that means someone else has taken my package or that it has been collected here in Australia and is being distributed?

Also do you know who would be taking over the delivery here in Australia?

Hello. My package has a China post tracking #: CY116800148US. When track the package it reads "delivery attempt failed." I want to reschedule delivery for this package.

CY116800148US has address error. It can not be delivered. You need ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and pickup the parcel from China Post Shanghai office.

My package has not delivered. Tracking number RY125283115CN. The remarks state that i pick the item up. Where should i pick this up from?

Hello :) I ordered a package and I received an email on 5-10-2018 that says it was going to be shipped.

When I track the package it says “delivered” on 5-14-2018 but I’m not sure if that means it was delivered to be sent to USA or if it means it was delivered to my address. Can someone check on this for me?

If it was delivered to my address I never received the package.

Tracking number is LY120749161CN

HI I HAVE BEEN SENT A TRACKING NUMBER LZ395632825CN THREE DAYS AGO IS IT REAL OR FAKE AND IT SAYS NOTHING AT ALL.
